Prenatal Massage Services
Massage Therapy session using a bolstering system, that is specifically designed for the pregnant body. This gives you the opportunity to lie face down, while we use various methods to ease your aches and pains. (includes GST)

  Craniosacral Treatment is light touch therapy that can aid in facilitating the flow of cerebral spinal fluid and free movement of the body's systems of flow and structure. It is especially helpful for supporting a healthy nervous system flow.

  In home treatments are ideal for infants under 6 months old, but can be scheduled for any aged infant/baby.
- Child/Youth CranioSacral Therapy Treatment - In Clinic $84

Remedial Massage using a variety of techniques and modalities to address your specific needs. Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Swedish Relaxation, Functional Release and Muscle Energy Techniques. (includes GST)

  Choose this service if you are bringing your baby with you to your massage appointment! Whether you are bringing baby on your own or bringing an extra set of hands (like a grandma or partner), we have built in extra time into this appointment. If you need to feed or change your baby before we begin, or if we need to pause during the treatment so that you can attend to your baby's needs, we will have time for that!
- Infant/Child Massage Therapy Treatment - 30 minutes $73.50
  Using gentle hands and sensitivity, massage therapy may be beneficial to your child for relief from injury, anxiety or digestive concerns.
- Youth Massage Therapy Treatment - 45 minutes $84
  Therapeutic massage offers many benefits to the growing body. For those in the range of 10-15 years old a 45 minute treatment is generally the right amount of time to ease muscular tension and support body flow.
Maya Abdominal Therapy - Arvigo Techniques (R)
The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy (R) addresses the position and health of the pelvic and abdominal organs. This work is a gentle, non invasive way to support the effective flow of blood, lymph and nerves in the abdominal cavity. This specialty therapy has been known to help ease a range of symptoms and conditions stemming from misplaced abdominal organs like the uterus and bladder. Many common digestive disorders can also be relieved with these treatments.
- First Treatment - Arvigo Mayan Abdominal Therapy $157.50
  Prior to this first treatment, Tarana will contact you with a detailed history form to fill out and bring with you to the session. Before the treatment, she will go over this form with you and discuss anything necessary in extra detail. The session itself will take 60 minutes, but you should allow for 90 minutes for the first session.
  In addition to the treatment you will be sent home with both verbal and written instructions on how to perform a self care version of the treatment on a daily basis. This will greatly increase the overall benefits of the treatment.
- Follow up Treatments - Arvigo Mayan Abdominal Therapy $99.75
  Choose this treatment option for follow up sessions. Typically follow up sessions are 60 minutes in length.
Infant Massage Class - Private $170
This one on one private class will be held in your home in two sessions, and needs to be arranged directly with Tarana - [email protected]
